How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance for best availability. However, we can often accommodate last-minute bookings (subject to availability). For popular dates (holidays, weekends), we suggest booking 1-2 weeks ahead.

What's included in the rental price?

Our rental prices include: professional driver, fuel costs, full insurance coverage, vehicle cleaning, and standard mileage. Additional costs may apply for: extra mileage beyond agreed limit, waiting time, tolls/parking fees, and special requests.

Are your drivers licensed and insured?

Yes, absolutely. All our drivers hold appropriate commercial driving licenses (D1 or D category), have clean driving records, undergo regular background checks, and receive ongoing professional training. All vehicles are fully insured with comprehensive commercial coverage.

Can I cancel or modify my booking?

Yes. Free cancellation up to 48 hours before pickup. Modifications can be made up to 24 hours before. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a 50% fee. No-shows are charged 100%. We understand plans change - contact us as early as possible.

Do you offer corporate accounts?

Yes! We offer special corporate accounts with benefits including: volume discounts, monthly invoicing, dedicated account manager, priority booking, and flexible payment terms. Contact us to set up a corporate account.

What happens if there's a breakdown?

All our vehicles are regularly maintained to minimize issues. In the unlikely event of a breakdown, we provide: immediate roadside assistance (24/7), replacement vehicle dispatched ASAP, no additional cost to you, and compensation if significant delay. Your journey continuity is our priority.

Can you accommodate special requirements?

Absolutely. We can arrange: wheelchair accessible vehicles, child seats, specific music/entertainment, refreshments, decorations for events, multi-lingual drivers, and more. Just let us know your requirements when booking.

Do you service airports?

Yes, we serve all major airports. Our airport transfer service includes: flight tracking (we monitor delays), meet & greet at arrivals, assistance with luggage, free waiting time (up to 60 minutes), and fixed pricing (no surge charges).
